I am glad that she is saved, but don't like the notion that she might be a 'token' Evangelical appointment to the court. Let's put some brilliant conservative legal minds - which she has yet to publicly demonstrate - on the court.

Very good point. I think that there are really two options left - she needs to prove her brilliancy during confirmation (will be hard to do) or she needs to not be confirmed.
